The University of Piura, following successful disinfection tests carried out at the university's Laboratorio Ingeniería Sanitaria, recommends the NECON process for the treatment of drinking water as well as process water in fruit washing and any other application requiring the elimination of harmful bacteria, fungi and algae in contaminated water.
Next, the management of the SENATI vocational college in Talara has confirmed the use of NECON water treatment for more than one year "with excellent results" in the provision of drinking water for the vocational students.
Finally, Lima-based Agrícola Bananica S.A.C., a company active in the organic cultivation of export-bananas, reports "considerable operational improvements" through the use of NECON water treatment for washing the bananas:
